Mark Hughes has been a principal of Anderson Partners since 1997, leading its Food Ingredient Group. He has provided business-to-business marketing counsel to leading companies, such as ConAgra Foods, Gelita North America and Tree Top Fruit Ingredients. Mark’s experience includes the development and introduction of successful new products and ingredients, including Healthy Choice Bread and Ultragrain.
A 25-year veteran of the marketing and advertising industry, Mark’s career includes 15 years with Bozell & Jacobs and Bozell Worldwide, with assignments in New York, Hong Kong, Minneapolis and Omaha. He has been involved in a number of prominent food industry branding campaigns, including “Pork—The Other White Meat” and the “Milk Mustache” campaign.
Mark has also served as an adjunct professor of marketing at Creighton University in Omaha, Neb. He is a frequent speaker at industry seminars and customer events, and routinely visits industry trade shows, such as PMA, IFT and RCA.
